Return policy conditions: You must get the AMTel Pro software/kit/system back to us in our office within 45 days from the date you receive it for a refund within 45 days if you fax the original phone statement from your local phone company as proof that you made at least 30,000 calls/contacts on a 2 line or 50,000 calls/contacts on each 4 line or 100,000 calls/contacts on each 8 line or 150,000 calls/contacts on each 12 line software/kit/system, etc... All verified returns without a valid RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization #- call us at 732-333-1301  Mon- Fri, 10am - 5pm est to get one if you qualify) will not be accepted and will be refused.
